What is the Ticket Access Pass?

The Ticket Access Pass will give fans purchasing the new album access to pre-sale tickets before the general on sale.

If you don't want to purchase the album but you want early access to tickets you can sign up here .

This pass will give you access to ticket pre-sales for headline shows in May/June 2024.

Important - there is no presale for the Paris and Brussels shows.

How do I use my Ticket Access Pass?

After you have activated your account using the link in the welcome email you can return to the live page and sign in via the user icon in the menu bar.

When you are logged in tickets will be available for you to purchase. Please note if you are not logged in you will not be able to see tickets.

When will I be able to purchase 2024 Headline Tour tickets?

Pre-sale tickets will be available on Tuesday 23rd January at 10am GMT from the Villagers store

Does a Ticket Access Pass guarantee me a ticket?

A Ticket Access Pass only gives you access to purchase a ticket and sales will be made on a first come first served basis

What if I order from a different retailer or store, do I qualify for exclusive access to tickets?

No. To qualify for exclusive access, you must order from White Lies' website https://store.wearevillagers.com/store

What is a pre-sale?

A limited number of tickets will go on-sale to fans before general on-sale.

Availability of tickets will be dependent on the number of customers, so please note pre-sale access does not guarantee you a ticket. However, it will give you a better chance of being able to buy one.
